How to Heat Press Your Uploaded DTF Gang Sheet

Your uploaded artwork is printed as a DTF gang sheet containing the designs from your completed layout. Cut out the individual transfers before application, then use the recommended heat press settings for your garment fabric.

Applying Transfers From Your Gang Sheet

Pre-press the garment Pre-press for 3–5 seconds to reduce moisture and wrinkles. Make sure the application area is smooth, dry, and suitable for heat pressing.
Cut and position your design Carefully cut the chosen design from your printed gang sheet without damaging neighboring transfers. Place it on the garment with the carrier film facing upward.
Heat press the transfer Apply medium pressure at approximately 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds. Select appropriate settings for the fabric and test sensitive garments before beginning a production run.
Hot peel and finish Remove the carrier film while the transfer is hot using a smooth motion. Re-press for 5–10 seconds with a protective cover sheet as recommended for the transfer and garment.
