Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Profit DTF offers multiple shipping options at checkout. Available shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the order weight, delivery address, and selected service level.

Express Shipping

UPS Express Shipping is our fastest shipping option and is ideal for time-sensitive orders. Express shipments are fast, secure, and fully trackable.

Orders over $79 qualify for Free UPS Express Shipping.

Please note that orders shipped with UPS Express Shipping are fulfilled through our European distribution centers.

Other Shipping Options

Non-express shipping options are calculated based on package weight, destination, and carrier availability at checkout.

These orders are fulfilled through our Texas distribution center.

Delivery times for non-express options may vary depending on the selected service, carrier performance, and destination.

Important Color Consistency Notice

If you need your new order to match the colors of a previous order as closely as possible, we strongly recommend placing the order using the same shipping and fulfillment route as your previous order whenever possible.

This is because orders fulfilled from different distribution centers may be produced using different equipment, ink batches, materials, curing conditions, or production environments. While we follow strict quality standards across all locations, small color variations may occur between production facilities.

For the most consistent repeat-order results, please contact us before placing your order if color matching is important.

Order Processing

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Most weekday orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Large-volume, repeat-color-match, or custom orders may require additional preparation time. If additional time is needed, we will notify you with an updated shipping estimate.

Important Notice

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, customs processing, or other transportation-related issues.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Profit DTF is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Profit DTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays
Lost or damaged packages
Delayed delivery
Inability to use delivered products by a specific date
Shipping issues beyond our control
Claims involving third parties, resellers, or end customers

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Profit DTF.

We are not responsible for claims, damages, or losses involving third parties, resellers, end customers, or carrier-related issues after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
