How to Apply Precut HyperColor DTF Transfers

Your HyperColor transfers arrive individually cut and ready for heat press application. No gang sheet cutting is necessary. Choose the correct fabric settings, position each transfer, and follow the recommended hot peel process.

Pressing Individually Cut Transfers

Prepare your garment Pre-press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and flatten wrinkles. Keep the printing area clean and smooth.
Position your precut design Select the individually cut HyperColor transfer in the required size. Place it on the garment with the clear carrier film facing upward. No sheet cutting is needed.
Heat press the transfer Press at approximately 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds with medium pressure of 35–45 psi. Adjust for fabric type and test delicate materials.
Peel hot and finish Remove the carrier film while hot using a smooth motion. Re-press for 5–10 seconds with a protective cover sheet as recommended for the garment.
