How to Order Bulk DTF Transfer Sheets

Bulk DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions

How to Press Transfers from Bulk Sheets

Pre-press the garment Pre-press for 3–5 seconds to reduce moisture and wrinkles. Make sure the application area is flat before positioning your design.
Position the DTF transfer Cut out the design from your bulk gang sheet. Place it on the garment with the clear carrier film facing up and align carefully.
Press the DTF transfer Use the appropriate fabric setting. A typical starting range is 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds with medium, even pressure. Test one garment before pressing the full bulk order.
Peel the DTF transfer hot Peel the carrier film while hot using a smooth motion. If needed, cover the print with a protective sheet and re-press for 5–10 seconds, following the transfer instructions.
