Refund & Return Policy

Because all DTF transfers are made to order, Profit DTF does not offer refunds or exchanges on DTF transfer purchases unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, including shipping, provided that:

  • The claim is submitted by the original buyer within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided showing the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days or by third parties (such as customers or resellers) will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Profit DTF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, reputational loss, or issues arising from product use or misuse.

Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Profit DTF.

We are not responsible for claims, damages, or costs resulting from third-party use, resale, or downstream application of the products.

Product Usage Responsibility

All products are custom-made. Final results depend on proper use, including equipment, materials, and application methods.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct heat press settings
  • Appropriate garment compatibility
  • Proper application process
  • Correct washing and care instructions

Profit DTF cannot guarantee results when products are used outside of recommended guidelines.
