At Profit DTF, we support creativity and are committed to protecting intellectual property rights. Our platform allows users to upload their own artwork and have it printed using premium DTF technology for both personal and commercial use.

These Terms of Service outline the rules for using our Services and your responsibilities regarding copyright compliance, intellectual property ownership, and proper product usage. By accessing or using Profit DTF Services, you agree to these terms.

User Responsibilities

Content Ownership

By uploading any artwork, graphics, or design files to Profit DTF, you confirm that you:

Own all rights to the content, or
Have obtained full authorization from the rightful owner to use, print, and reproduce the material

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold profitdtf.com and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the content you upload, including any intellectual property infringement claims.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or abusive
Promotes violence, discrimination, or unlawful activity

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our Services without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Respect for Rights

Profit DTF strictly respects intellectual property laws and expects users to do the same. Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material is prohibited.

Infringement Claims

If we receive a valid infringement complaint, we may review and remove the content without prior notice. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

Profit DTF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, reputational loss, or issues arising from product use or misuse.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Profit DTF.

We are not responsible for claims, damages, or costs involving third parties, resellers, or end users.

Product Usage Responsibility

All products are custom-made. Final results depend on proper use, including equipment, materials, and application methods.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

Correct heat press settings
Suitable garment compatibility
Proper application process
Accurate washing and care instructions

Profit DTF does not guarantee results when products are used outside recommended guidelines.

Defective Item Claims

By purchasing from Profit DTF, you agree that any defect-related claim:

Must be submitted by the original purchaser
Must include clear photo or video evidence
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Claims submitted after this period or by third parties will not be accepted.

Policy Updates

Profit DTF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes may be communicated via website updates or email notifications.
