DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions

How to Press DTF Transfers
- Pre-press the garment Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture, flatten seams, and create a smooth surface for better DTF transfer adhesion.
- Position the DTF transfer Place the DTF transfer design against the garment with the clear film facing up. Center the transfer carefully before pressing.
- Press the DTF transfer Press at 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds using medium pressure of approximately 35–45 psi. Cotton garments generally require the hotter and longer end of the recommended range.
- Peel the DTF transfer hot Peel the film immediately after pressing using one smooth motion. For additional durability, re-press the finished DTF transfer for 5–10 seconds with a cover sheet.
