How to Press DTF Gang Sheet Transfers

After building and ordering your custom DTF gang sheet, cut individual designs from the printed sheet and apply them to compatible apparel. Follow the recommended temperature, time, pressure, and hot peel instructions for consistent transfer application.

How to Apply Gang Sheet DTF Transfers

Pre-press your garment Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Prepare a smooth, even pressing surface.
Cut and position your design Separate the individual transfer from your printed gang sheet. Position the artwork on the garment with the clear carrier film facing up.
Apply heat and pressure Press at 290–320°F for 8–15 seconds using medium pressure of approximately 35–45 psi. Adjust the settings for your garment material.
Hot peel and finish Peel the carrier film while hot using one smooth motion. For additional durability, re-press for 5–10 seconds with a cover sheet according to the transfer instructions.
